So far so good! love the 24/7 access to the gym and office space. It would be great if we had a car wash station. But all in all we have loved it!

Great community. Central to getting to everything. Love the amenities. I can get to the beach, downtown st Pete & tampa within 25 min. I can get to Disney within 2 hours.

We just moved into our apartment and turned in an inventory list which is typical. What is not so typical, is to have a maintenance crew address the issues so efficiently and completely. Additionally, our right panel in our refrigerator door had some dents which we noted. We were not expecting for the door to get replaced. But, to our surprise they did replace it. High marks for the maintenance crew at Aventon Lana.

so far so good! only complaint is the bugs that try to get in my apt through the weather stripping gaps. Maintenance tried to close the gap but it's still here.

Beautiful Community, I just moved here so I haven’t yet used the pool but it looks very inviting. The grounds are done nicely and great parking and love the coffee bar !!

It’s such a beautiful place and I’ve really enjoyed meeting new neighbors. Also, I love the gym and pool! Such a quiet neighborhood too! So many wonderful places close by to shop and great restaurants too!

Love how clean and attentive the staff are. People here are friendly. The amenities are very nice and clean, and the maintenance people are very pleasant and fast. The office staff are also very friendly and caring. They are able to help with any questions or concerns you might have.

I am very happy here. I do wish that something more could be done about the people that don’t pick up after their large dogs. I know there’s nothing really that can be done though.

Excellent location, you are basically in the middle of choosing to go to Tampa, St. Pete or Clearwater beach. Amentities are exactly what you would expect from a luxury complex, and great gym. Very dog friendly, I think everyone has a dog. I only wish the dog park was artificial turf (its mulch). Staff is super friendly to help and very accomodating. Maintenance team is super quick to answer any service requests and extremely polite. Bonus points for how many great food options are nearby.

So far so good, the community is really quiet and friendly, lots of dogs :) (some bad owners who don’t clean their dogs waste) but besides that great community to live.
