I would rate it higher if we didn't have some minor issues when moved in like the water filter and a few other things. The community is beautiful. The amenities are top notch. Our unit is really nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. We feel welcome and like we belong and we have only been here a week. We were able to get a move in special and other concessions. We recommend Aventon Lana!!!

Initially loved the community, maintenance and leasing office crew but I was one out of 50 people living here when I moved in. However, now that there are a lot more people it is obvious that despite how nice, and luxurious it looks; it’s truly not. The amenities are too small for the amount of people; pool is always packed, kids are running around splashing without parent interference. Everything is updated in the apartment but the walls and ceilings are INCREDIBLY thin, and as expected a handful of people don’t have apartment etiquette: kids screaming and running down the hall, talking and walking loud in their apartment and breeze ways; you can hear your neighbors talking, having intercourse, through the ceiling, walls and apartment across the hall; it really sucks in the grand scheme of things as those are important factors because of how much you pay. Leasing office does try to be helpful, but as they live on site; its sent as a mass email rather than addressing the residents.

Nice new place however has become overcrowded. Pool feels small for the amount of residents on the weekends. Parking spaces are a challenge to get a spot closest to your unit, may have to walk around building. Community doesn’t have elevators, so 2nd and 3rd floor move ins are no joke. Dog owners need to do better about picking up waste. The trash service putting in hallway is dirty and their rules are ridiculous. Can’t opt out of trash service ($25/mo or internet $70/mo). Prices are steep and don’t like community not giving the renter the choice. Management is attentive and there to help if you need them. Community experience 8/10.

Moved in 5 days ago and love it. Unit is clean, beautiful, and super updated. Maintenance and front office staff are friendly and responsive. Complex is clean and valet trash is timely. Amenities are amazing and actually used by the residents. So happy to call Aventon Lana home!

My upstairs neighbor is not too bad but they have a surround sound system that rumbles my ceiling. I don’t expect it to be quiet since, it is an apartment but I do expect people to know when something is/should bother another person. Other than that I really like it here.

Very nice apartments need a little bit more parking and would recommend some more garages. The dog park has a little of the big desired and is usually dirty people really need to start cleaning up after themselves.

My apartment and this community have completely exceeded my expectations. I’m so happy that I chose to live here. My one bedroom apartment is so spacious with so much storage space. Unlike other communities where you have to worry about finding parking, there is more than enough parking right outside my door.

Beautiful location. Right near countryside mall for convenience and is off US 19 for easy access. The community area has a lot to do and the pool itself is like one of those resort hotel style pools. The rooms itself are pretty big.

Aventon Lana the apartments are beautiful I’m a new tecident here. This place is lovely nice the amenities are so good. We have lovely saltwater pool A 24 hour Gym with new machines. Also we have studied rooms and a game room with a coffee machine. I really recommend Aventon Lana and the staff team they are so professional and nice.

What a great apartment complex find! Aventon Lana offers so much at at reasonable price with incentives. The gym was a big selling point - close to my apartment with plenty of equipment for a full body workout. The pool area makes me feel like I'm at a luxury resort on a quiet, secluded island. A business center makes it easier to get some work done. The free coffee machine with various options is a nice touch. Plus the convenient location is hard to beat. I like being the first occupant of my wonderful unit.

The office is of great support and help though I’ve had some issues since living here. Noisy neighbors, internet drops frequently but you cannot avoid paying for the internet the property provides ($70). loud barking dog, (I think they should use certain buildings for dog owners..) water bill charges rising drastically with no change in our lifestyle, and 1 crowded building causing less parking.

Neighbors upstairs and downstairs can be quiet loud/noisy. Amenities are fantastic. Having a squat rack and some barbells in the gym would be cool. Leasing office staff and maintenance staff are phenomenal! My favorite apartment I've lived in :)

We love the stylish apartment, especially the 3 walk-in closets & plenty of storage. Our wraparound balcony is beautiful & has plenty of room for our outdoor furniture & numerous plants. We also enjoy using the gym on a regular basis & relaxing by the pool. The coffee machine is a great feature ( although sometimes it’s out of service). After a few kinks and growing pains at the beginning of opening, things seem to have settled down & are running mostly smoothly. The staff at the office are very friendly & helpful.

We are super happy with the apartment and management staff. Every maintenance request has been completed within a day. We are not happy about the mulch in the dog park! There seem to be unexpected changes to the property that we are not informed about ahead of time which is a bit annoying. Neighbors are mostly respectful of others. All in all we would recommend the property to others and enjoy living here :)

We are 3 months into living here at Aventon Lana and could NOT BE HAPPIER! The neighbors are so friendly and the office is BEYOND AMAZING!! They had a “Neighborsgiving” for the residents at Thanksgiving! The food was amazing! Now, can we talk about the maintenance staff for a minute? Tommy and his team are so wonderful! They always have a friendly, can do professional attitude! It’s always a pleasure to see them out and about. If you are looking for a great place to live, look no further! The units are very nice and new with great appliances. The internet access is included and available anywhere on the property. The clubhouse is great with private conference rooms. The maintenance is awesome.

This place is beautiful and we are so excited to live here. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because we currently have no hot water to take showers (new building and just moved in) and I wish there was a tutorial on our nest thermostat…because we can not get the temperature in here below 76…until the maintenance man comes. We are also having trouble with the wi-fi and been working with their customer service, still not working. Other than that, this place would definitely be five stars. Its only day 2 and service we have had so far, I am sure it will be taken care of promptly.

The community is super nice and well taken care of, only downside is the WiFi you’re required to pay for is from a crappy 1.5 star rated company with over 260 reviews. The WiFi only works well half the time and I don’t think it’s anywhere near $70

We love living here! The apartment is gorgeous and we love our little patio area (and so do our dogs). The staff are all very nice and care a lot about the community. It's easy to stop and chit chat with a neighbor when walking your dog or checking the mail. The amenities are great and overall we are happy we decided to live here. It first started with the initial visit. Great tour of the facility. All questions were answered and the application process was simple. The staff has been terrific to work with. Very nice and helpful stafff. They have been answering all my questions. The maintenance staff is also helpful and quick to respond to work request. The grounds are clean and beautiful.

So far living here has been soooo much better than my old moldy apartment complex! I feel 100% better staying here and notice my dog feels even better as well! The leasing office staff have been so accommodating and kind to me and have made my transition over to Aventon Lana as smooth as possible!

Everyone @ front office is great. Listen and help assist. New community and great location. Only downside is alarms going off every day, I think they’re still working on these. Good experience all around.

The staff at Aventon Lana have been very accommodating. From allowing an early move-in prior to the hurricane to maintenance requests being responded to quickly. The experience has been really good.

I've been living in this apartment community for the past few months. The location is ideal - close to shopping centers and parks. The management is top-notch; the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The amenities are a huge plus, from the well-maintained pool to the fitness center. The apartments are spacious and modern, and I love the open layout.

Living in the community of Aventon Lana has been an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and caring residents. I fell in love with this place at first sight. And I decided to settle here. I have been living in Aventon Lana for the third week and have never regretted my choice. It's quiet and peaceful here. I enjoy swimming in the pool and sunbathing while lying on a comfortable sun lounger. I like to drink Americano and watch movies in the summer kitchen. I like office workers. Always very attentive to any requests and questions. They make my life here even more enjoyable. I don't speak English well, but I don't feel uncomfortable communicating with employees. They are very friendly. Many thanks to them all for this!

Beautiful landscaping, Staff is super nice and helpful! Extra amenities are a plus including the agility equipment in the dog park, stone pizza oven outside and state of the art gym.

I really love the place. Brand new everything and the people here are amazing. From my service pet having the time of his life here and the understanding staff here. I have ptsd from the US army and this place feels like home. Originally I was just going to use this as a vacation property but ended up moving in here.
