So far so good, the community is really quiet and friendly, lots of dogs :) (some bad owners who don’t clean their dogs waste) but besides that great community to live.

I would rate it higher if we didn't have some minor issues when moved in like the water filter and a few other things. The community is beautiful. The amenities are top notch. Our unit is really nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. We feel welcome and like we belong and we have only been here a week. We were able to get a move in special and other concessions. We recommend Aventon Lana!!!

Initially loved the community, maintenance and leasing office crew but I was one out of 50 people living here when I moved in. However, now that there are a lot more people it is obvious that despite how nice, and luxurious it looks; it’s truly not. The amenities are too small for the amount of people; pool is always packed, kids are running around splashing without parent interference. Everything is updated in the apartment but the walls and ceilings are INCREDIBLY thin, and as expected a handful of people don’t have apartment etiquette: kids screaming and running down the hall, talking and walking loud in their apartment and breeze ways; you can hear your neighbors talking, having intercourse, through the ceiling, walls and apartment across the hall; it really sucks in the grand scheme of things as those are important factors because of how much you pay. Leasing office does try to be helpful, but as they live on site; its sent as a mass email rather than addressing the residents.

Just moved in and so far, AMAZING! Management is around and friendly, the grounds are kept, and the apartments are AMAZING! Would recommend to anyone looking for a high-end apartment to live at

Nice new place however has become overcrowded. Pool feels small for the amount of residents on the weekends. Parking spaces are a challenge to get a spot closest to your unit, may have to walk around building. Community doesn’t have elevators, so 2nd and 3rd floor move ins are no joke. Dog owners need to do better about picking up waste. The trash service putting in hallway is dirty and their rules are ridiculous. Can’t opt out of trash service ($25/mo or internet $70/mo). Prices are steep and don’t like community not giving the renter the choice. Management is attentive and there to help if you need them. Community experience 8/10.

Moved in 5 days ago and love it. Unit is clean, beautiful, and super updated. Maintenance and front office staff are friendly and responsive. Complex is clean and valet trash is timely. Amenities are amazing and actually used by the residents. So happy to call Aventon Lana home!

From the tour to the move in, the experience has been great. The staff are friendly, the grounds are clean, and I love my apartment. Looking forward to the next 13 months.
