Love everything about our unit and that the facilities are new and kept in working order is a big plus. The pool I amazing and the office does a good job of getting out renter concerns and address problem within the community if there is any

So far the move in has been smooth. We absolutely love the apartment and couldn’t be any happier. Jasmine has been such a great help! She has answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease during our move.

Beautiful location. Right near countryside mall for convenience and is off US 19 for easy access. The community area has a lot to do and the pool itself is like one of those resort hotel style pools. The rooms itself are pretty big.

Aventon Lana staff is helpful and friendly. The grounds are kept up and the pool is great! Wonderful place to live. Convenient location. Awesome amenities.

Aventon Lana the apartments are beautiful I’m a new tecident here. This place is lovely nice the amenities are so good. We have lovely saltwater pool A 24 hour Gym with new machines. Also we have studied rooms and a game room with a coffee machine. I really recommend Aventon Lana and the staff team they are so professional and nice.

We just moved in, but so far LOVE it and highly recommend. Everything is so clean and truly feels luxury. We especially love the pool and that the gym is open 24 hours. Come check it out!

I moved in to a 1BR at Aventon Lana a few months ago and have never enjoyed a rental property more. It’s a safe, clean, and quiet complex with modern designs throughout. The Leasing team is super kind, very approachable, and always attentive. Could not recommend more! :)

I loved Aventon Lana at first sight and we have been loving to live here!! I love using the wide gym everyday, they even have a pet spa that is so convenient if you have dog like me that love to play in the dog park! don't hesitate, the staff is very nice come and visit and you will fall in love just like me!!

Such a clean and beautiful apartment complex. Staff is so friendly and there when you need them! Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful! Door gates and vehicle gates are also a bonus! Makes living here feel safe!
